- Provide virtual administrative support to the team at FDR Financial Group.
- Answer and screen phone calls emails and other correspondence.
- Manage calendars schedule appointments and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
- Organize and maintain files and records in a digital format.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or secretary.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a financial or corporate environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
