What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and contractors by following security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial property.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas building perimeters parking areas and other assigned locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances and other access points assist with visitor management as directed and help maintain orderly flow of people and vehicles throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including notifying appropriate contacts and requesting assistance as needed.
• Complete patrol logs and incident reports with clear accurate details and communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and/or property management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
