We are now looking for a Senior English Copywriter who combines agency-level creativity with e-commerce performance thinking.
Role Overview
This is not a junior execution role.
We are looking for a senior thinker who can:
Translate brand strategy into powerful messaging systems
Write emotionally intelligent copy that still converts
Move fast in a performance-driven environment
Maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints
You will work closely with Brand CRM Product Paid Media and Commercial teams to shape the English voice of Mumzworld.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
Own and evolve the English tone of voice
Develop messaging frameworks aligned with brand pillars
Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Campaign & Creative
Lead campaign copy development from concept to execution
Write high-impact headlines and narratives
Contribute strategically during campaign ideation
Performance & Quick Commerce
Write high-converting copy for paid ads landing pages and app banners
Craft push notifications for time-sensitive quick commerce environments
Understand urgency without sounding pushy
Optimize messaging to improve CTR and reduce bounce rates
UX & Product Copy
Develop clear helpful microcopy
Simplify complex information into reassuring messaging
Support life-stage based communication journeys
Leadership
Provide feedback to junior copywriters
Raise the overall writing standard of the team
Confidently present and defend copy decisions
Mandatory Requirements
5 years of professional copywriting experience
Strong agency background with campaigns in portfolio
Proven experience in e-commerce environments
Exceptional English proficiency level native or near-native fluency
Strong portfolio showcasing both brand and performance work
Experience working remotely in structured environments
