Job Summary

Position: AWS / GCP DevOps Engineer
Location:Hybrid 2x per week in office (Toronto Downtown)
Structure: Full-time hours - Contract (4 months to start)
Pay:$60.00 - $75.00 p/h inc

Deliverables

Support and execute DevOps initiatives across multi-cloud environments ensuring stability performance and reliability across development test staging and production environments.
Assist with intake prioritization and delivery of cloud-related projects contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements and infrastructure automation.
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using observability and monitoring tools providing operational health updates and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance to support cloud cost planning optimization and governance initiatives.

Experience Required

Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as AppDynamics Prometheus Grafana and Elastic Stack.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering operations and finance stakeholders in cloud environments.
