Facility/Unit: Imaging Department
Shift: Nights
Hours: 10-Hour Shifts (9:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Sunday Wednesday Rotating Holidays
Pay Rate: $66/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a busy imaging department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in CT imaging maintain high-quality patient care standards and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans according to physician orders
Ensure proper patient positioning and safety
Maintain CT quality control procedures
Follow medical and surgical aseptic techniques
Monitor patients during imaging procedures
Maintain accurate imaging documentation
Prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to radiation safety standards

Requirements

Minimum 1 year CT experience required
ARRT certification required
Active NY license required
Strong knowledge of CT quality control procedures
Understanding of anatomical positioning
Knowledge of aseptic and safety procedures
Ability to organize patient care and set priorities
