We are seeking a Project Manager to support our team at Ohno Construction. The Project Manager will be working from our Seattle Washington.

What youll do:

  • Manage multiple public works construction projects from pre-construction through closeout ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Oversee earthwork civil and landscaping scopes maintaining quality safety and compliance with public works and labor requirements.

  • Develop and manage project budgets schedules and cost controls for projects valued at $1M.

  • Lead and coordinate superintendents field crews subcontractors and suppliers to drive performance and productivity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners architects and stakeholders providing clear updates on progress financials and key decisions.

  • Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to all regulatory and site-specific requirements including work near public school facilities.

What you need for success:

  • Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience and 5 years of project management experience in public works construction.

  • Strong background in earthwork civil construction and landscaping projects.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects valued at $1M while maintaining cost control and schedule performance.

  • Advanced knowledge of unit costs labor productivity subcontractor management and construction budgeting principles.

  • Experience working with public works requirements multi-locality labor agreements and apprenticeship standards.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word with strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage owners subcontractors crews and leadership.

  • Ability to work at or near public school facilities and meet all related background and compliance requirements.

  • OSHA 10- or 30-Hour certification preferred.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
