Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a per-diem position in an Article28 Facility in Clinton Hill BrooklynNY. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and requires at least 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required).
- Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessment diagnosis treatment planning and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent clinical judgment strong communication skills ability to work independently and patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an Article 28 facility setting.
- Conduct patient assessments diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies within the NP scope of practice.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
