Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to multidisciplinary mining teams ensuring balanced workloads and fostering professional growth
- Lead by example in minesite health safety and environmental performance; implement and enforce the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) in alignment with regulatory and client standards
- Ensure all mining project activities are executed according to approved plans specifications and operational requirements
- Oversee project execution across all phasesincluding planning mobilization operations support and project closeout
- Coordinate closely with client operations engineering and maintenance groups to maintain alignment and operational continuity
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet critical milestones and support client production objectives
- Monitor budgets forecasting billing and reporting; manage trade awards and procurement in alignment with commercial targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors consultants and site stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing mining industrial or heavy-resource sector projects
- Postsecondary education in Construction Management Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of project documentation cost controls contracts and overall project delivery frameworks
- Proven track record of leading highperforming teams in dynamic fastpaced project environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical and complex information to a range of stakeholders
Working Conditions:
- Sitebased role requiring travel to mining locations across the U.S.
- A company vehicle will be provided
