We are looking for a Content & Social Media Lead to own the strategic direction of social accounts guide the execution team and ensure content aligns with business goals and KPIs.
This is a strategic leadership role not a posting or scheduling role managing multiple client accounts and collaborating closely with Performance Design and Account Management teams.

Required Experience
46 years in social media management preferably in an agency.
Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and presenting strategies.
Strong background in content strategy and campaign ideation.
Experience with international/GCC clients preferred.
Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus.
Required Skills & Candidate Profile
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into content direction.
Strong leadership mentoring and project management skills.
Clear English communication; structured organized and deadline-oriented.
Able to guide creative direction without micromanaging.
Confident presenting ideas to clients and understands how content supports revenue and brand positioning.
Comfortable working remotely and thinks in campaigns not posts.
Expertise in social media analytics and KPIs.
