Your Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for sales appointments
- Respond promptly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using approved scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product details and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
- Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
- Proactively follow up with leads including those not ready to commit or who miss appointments
- Collaborate in team and process improvement sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates sales teams and management
- Utilize the dealerships CRM system daily for lead tracking and updates
