Job Summary
BMW of South Atlanta is looking for Automotive Sales Associates. We treat each customers needs with concern and have a loyal customer base. We are only looking for experienced dealer level applicants. 2-5 years of automotive sales and customer service experience required. Luxury automotive sales background preferred. The pay plan is the best in the metro for motivated individuals. 5-day work week we are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Sale Associates take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps policies and procedures
- Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features
- Demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive
- Provide new vehicle to customer through established delivery process ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features warranty and paperwork
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction loyalty and long-term clientele.
- Develop a prospecting system making calls sending emails and videos to potential customers to set appointments to perspective clients.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two-to-four-year college degree preferred
- 2-5 years automotive sales and customer service experience required
- Luxury automotive sales background preferred
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations
- Phenomenal communication skills organization and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid drivers license required and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
