Essential Job Functions:

  1. Be a lead person to do the following paperwork processes:

  2. New hires/rehires/reinstatement

  3. Gaming licenses and gaming license status and renewals

  4. Property to Property transfers.

  • Assists administrator for all HR systems including applicant tracking learning management and manager self-service.
  • Complete proper coding of data input to maintain system accuracy and to allow for appropriate troubleshooting and system analysis when errors are detected and be able to audit all transactions in HRIS.

  • Responsible for reviewing all employee data changes separations etc. and forwarding to Shared Services.

  • Works in an administrative capacity in executing the Internal Temp Program.

  • Helps update referral program and processes referrals for payment.

  • Create custom reports and access reports already created.
  • Process transactions according to the Compensation Guidelines and request new position approval from corporate compensation.
  • Distributes P.A.s to all departments and prepares profiles as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining I-9 information and ensuring that employees are in compliance with work authorization rules and regulations.
  • All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy. It is the expectation that every team member front or back of house should proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up look around (head on a swivel); look for opportunities to greet guests and others.

  • Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.

  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

  • All other tasks and projects assigned

  • Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including a phone PC computers fax machine and photo copier.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able read write speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.



Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma/GED required
  2. Logical and critical thinking
  3. Required proficiency in HRIS systems Word Excel and Access.
  4. Ability to compile compute and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.
  5. Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  6. Required excellent data entry and clerical skills.
  7. Must be at least 21 years of age.

  8. Must have the ability to multitask and handle interruptions
  9. Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  10. Must possess excellent organizational skills.
  11. Preferred 1-year of experience in Human Resources.
  12. Preferred 45 wpm typing speed
  13. Excellent understanding of English language both written and verbal
  14. Professional appearance
  15. Experience with Oracle Systems preferred
