SONS Ford is seeking a Sales Consultant/Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales and internet department. We prioritize understanding each customers needs and boast a loyal customer base. Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through a comprehensive buying process using established selling steps policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge particularly around vehicle features.
- Showcase vehicle operations in the showroom and during test drives.
- Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process explaining operating features warranties and paperwork to customers.
- Maintain an effective owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement a prospecting system contacting potential customers via calls and emails to schedule appointments and close deals.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on objectives planned activities and performance analyses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Sales background preferred.
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
- Excellent communication organizational and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented thriving in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
