Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
- Supervise clinical staff including PCTs
- Ensure safe compassionate dialysis delivery
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- 18 months RN experience including 6 months dialysis
- Charge RN readiness approval required
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU ER or Med/Surg experience preferred
- CNN/CDN certification a plus
- Basic computer skills (MS Word Outlook)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
