With a commitment to the patients great work ethic and high-quality care.
Dialysis Experience Preferred but not Required
At least 1 year of clinical experience as a RN
Schedule: M-S 4:30am - 3:30pm (3 days per week 12 hour shifts)
Shift differential for travel paid mileage
Location has 12 chairs and the clinic has three dialysis technicians
Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility!
We are looking for someone that works well in a team very adaptable willing to travel/float within the region has great leadership skills time management able to take and give redirection if/when needed not afraid to speak up and communicate critical thinker.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
Monitor patients manage treatment plans and respond to health changes
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team including Patient Care Technicians
Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required

Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients

Schedule:
Flexible shifts including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
Qualifications:
RN license in the state of practice
ADN required; BSN preferred
Basic computer proficiency
Reliable transportation for potential floating
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in ICU CCU ER or Med Surg
CNN/CDN certification
