Description for Shift Foreman:

Responsible for monitoring activities of the shift
Must administer personal development on staff on shift
Accurate production documentation and record keeping
Relieve staff for breaks and absences
Other tasks as assigned

Details for Shift Foreman:

Pay:$20-$21 an hour
Schedule:Monday through Friday
Shift Hours:3PM to 1130PM

Requirements for Shift Foreman:

Great communication and leadership skills
3-5 years of leadership experience
Prior manufacturing experience
Experience process troubleshooting
