Position Overview
We are seeking qualified and motivated English teachers to serve as MOOC Camp Facilitators for a professional English development program designed to support adult learners in strengthening career-related language skills.
This role focuses on facilitating structured virtual learning sessions supporting participant engagement and guiding students through course activities to ensure successful completion of the program.
The position is ideal for educators who are experienced in teaching English to adult learners and are comfortable working in a remote structured learning environment.
This is a fully remote position based in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual learning sessions for enrolled participants
Guide students through course modules and assigned activities
Monitor participant attendance and engagement
Provide feedback encouragement and learning support
Track participant progress and completion status
Maintain professional communication with participants and program staff
Ensure adherence to program guidelines and schedules
Promote a structured and supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications
2 Years of Professional experience teaching English as a second language
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience working with adult learners
Ability to conduct virtual sessions effectively
Reliable internet connection and remote teaching setup
Ability to manage multiple participants and track progress
Preferred Qualifications
TESOL TEFL CELTA or similar certification
Experience teaching professional or career-focused English
Experience facilitating online or blended learning programs
Bilingual SpanishEnglish proficiency
