Position Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced 5-8 years Endpoint Management Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune SCCM and Mobile Device Management (MDM) across Android and iOS platforms. The role involves managing securing and optimizing endpoint devices ensuring compliance and improving end-user experience across corporate-managed and BYOD environments.

Key Responsibilities
Endpoint & Device Management

. Design deploy and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune (MEM) and SCCM (ConfigMgr)
. Manage Windows Android and iOS devices in corporate-owned and BYOD scenarios
. Implement and maintain co-management between Intune and SCCM
. Handle device enrollment provisioning de-provisioning and lifecycle management

Mobile Device Management (MDM)

. Configure and manage Android Enterprise (Work Profile Fully Managed COPE)
. Manage iOS/iPadOS devices using Apple MDM including DEP/ABM integration
. Create and manage compliance policies configuration profiles and device restrictions
. Troubleshoot MDM enrollment sync and policy application issues

Application & Patch Management

. Package deploy and maintain applications (Win32 MSI Store apps Mobile apps)
. Manage OS and application patching using Intune Update Rings and SCCM ADRs
. Handle feature updates quality updates and rollback scenarios

Security & Compliance

. Implement endpoint security baselines and device compliance policies
. Integrate endpoint management with Azure AD / Entra ID Conditional Access and MFA
. Support BitLocker device encryption antivirus and endpoint protection policies
. Ensure compliance with internal security standards and audit requirements

Monitoring Troubleshooting & Support

. Troubleshoot endpoint application and policy-related issues across platforms
. Work closely with Service Desk and Security teams to resolve escalations
. Monitor device health compliance reports and remediation actions
. Create SOPs KB articles and technical documentation


Required Skills
Core Skills

. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MEM)
. Solid experience with SCCM / Configuration Manager
. Expertise in MDM for Android and iOS devices
. Good understanding of Windows 10/11 management

Technical Skills

. Azure AD / Entra ID integration
. Conditional Access & device compliance policies
. PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
. Application packaging and deployment
. Patch management and OS upgrades

Operating Systems

. Windows 10/11
. Android (Enterprise)
. iOS / iPadOS

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

. Experience with Autopilot and modern provisioning
. Knowledge of Defender for Endpoint
. Exposure to Zero Trust and modern workplace security models
. ITIL process awareness (Incident Change Problem Management)
. Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments

Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
