Automotive Sales Consultant
Keffer Kia Full-Time Greater Charlotte Area

Keffer Kia is a high-volume dealership with consistent traffic strong digital marketing and a management team that actually works deals. If you are motivated coachable and competitive you can make very good money here regardless of prior automotive experience.
We will train the right person.
What Youll Do
- Meet customers and understand how they actually use a vehicle
- Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned inventory
- Guide customers through a clear purchase process
- Follow up with internet and phone leads
- Build repeat and referral business
This is not a stand-around-and-wait store.
You will be busy.
What Were Looking For
You do not need car sales experience. You do need:
- Strong communication skills
- Work ethic and reliability
- Competitive mindset
- Ability to learn a structured process
- Comfort speaking with people face-to-face and by phone
- Retail hospitality fitness phone sales or serving experience is a plus
If you avoid accountability or dislike performance pay this will not be a fit.

Compensation
Performance-based commission structure.
Most successful consultants earn $50000 $130000 annually.
Your income is directly tied to effort and consistency.
Schedule
Retail hours including evenings and Saturdays.
One day off during the week plus Sunday.
