What Youll Do
- Lead coach and develop a team of sales consultants
- Desk deals structure financing scenarios and maximize profitability
- Jump into deals when needed to help close and secure commitments
- Monitor daily activity: appointments leads follow-ups and conversions
- Create urgency and energy on the sales floor
- Work closely with BDC/Internet team to ensure lead conversion
- Track performance metrics and hold the team accountable to targets
- Recruit train and retain high-performing sales talent
