Job Description
The Supply Chain Senior Delivery Manager role supports the Video Security and Access Control Business and responsibilities include:
Drive improvements to lead times and customer deliveries
Achieve customer satisfaction and revenue expectations
Collaborate across teams including order management planning manufacturing distribution and sales
Manage delivery details across sales orders forecasted orders forecast and safety stock
Proactively communicate changes to shipment times and drive recovery actions
Plan and execute material allocations decisions
Predict future backlog and identify actions to improve delivery performance
Develop and use data analytics to ensure efficient decision making
Manage product lifecycle changes

Target Base Salary Range: $85000- $120000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
BS/BA degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management supply planning demand planning or business planning
