- Two (2) years of carpentry experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in rough and finish carpentry and other areas of residential construction/remodeling.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws hammers rulers etc.).
- In-depth understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- A valid drivers license and clear driving record to operate organizational vehicles.
- Availability to accommodate a flexible schedule including extended hours holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work a schedule Sunday- Thursday (7:30 AM- 4:30 PM) with flexibility as operational needs arise.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes aSaturday or Sunday.
- Ability toperform the physical demandsofa 8 hour shiftincluding working outdoors in Florida weather with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to walk bend kneel crouch crawl climb and reach.
- Visual acuity for reading writing and observingsurroundings and auditory acuity for communication.
- Ability toperform the physical demandsofa 68 hour shiftincluding working in Florida weather with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift carry and move objects up to 50 pounds for short distances.
- Ability to work with a variety of animals including invertebrates reptiles and small companion mammals.
- Ability to safely operate a motorized cart.
WORK CONDITIONS - Exposure to various weather conditions including extreme heat sunlight cold rain and wind.
- Potential exposure to allergens (dust animal dander pollen etc.) bloodborne pathogens zoonotic diseases and injuries from animals.
