Job Summary

As a Sr. Project Engineer you will lead the execution of complex controls and automation projects including distributed control systems microgrid controls and specialized applications supporting data centers and resilient energy systems. Based in our Cranberry Township PA office you will join our Power & Water Solutions organization as part of a team delivering advanced automation controls and software solutions across the power water and criticalinfrastructure industries.

This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead the design planning configuration and delivery of advanced automation and control system projects across power industrial and missioncritical environments.
Serve as the senior technical resource for control system architecture integration strategy troubleshooting and technical decisionmaking.
Manage project scope schedules budgets and technical quality while partnering closely with crossfunctional engineering project management and customer teams.
Apply advanced knowledge of distributed control systems (DCS) microgrid technologies and specialized industrial applications to develop effective solutions.
Oversee customerfacing activities including design reviews validation factory and site acceptance testing commissioning and final system handover.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to identify innovative solutions share best practices and maintain consistent project execution standards.
Support the development of internal tools processes and methodologies that enhance project quality efficiency and repeatability.
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and solution innovation.

For This Role You Will Need:
- BS degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering environment preferably within industrial power or utility sectors
Demonstrated proficiency with control systems automation platforms or distributed control architectures
Experience leading complex multidisciplinary technical projects
Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills
Ability to engage confidently with customers and present technical concepts
Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience with microgrid control systems distributed energy resource integration or gridmodernization initiatives
Experience supporting controls solutions for data centers missioncritical facilities or highreliability industrial environments
Familiarity with electrical switchgear control concepts or digital twin modeling
Experience supporting controls solutions for data centers or other highreliability environments
Knowledge of power generation water/wastewater or industrial process operations
Experience leading workshops training or technical design sessions
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on developments in automation and digital technologies
