Job Summary
The Auto Ranch Group is looking for a Quick Lane lube technician for our fast-paced Subaru dealership in Fruitland Idaho. This is also a learning position designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry through hands-on experience and structured training.

Position Focus
- Oil changes tire rotations and routine services
- Light maintenance work
- Quality work performed in an efficient manner

Training Expectations
This role requires a technician who is motivated to take ownership of their growth. The right candidate will:
Complete all provided web-based training on time
Apply training in daily work

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail
Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on experience preferred
Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
Basic computer skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic maintenance services efficiently
Perform work specified on the repair order according to dealership policies and procedures
Communicate clearly with the team when additional help or direction is needed
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Stay productive and focused throughout the day
