Marketing Executive (m/f/d) Cox Automotive Europe
Cologne (Köln) Hybrid European Marketing Role / 40hrs a week
Are you ready to make an impact in one of the worlds leading automotive service organisations Cox Automotive Europe is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive based in Cologne (Köln) to join our dynamic European Marketing Team.
This is the perfect role for a marketing professional who wants to work across diverse digital channels shape brand storytelling and collaborate with teams across Europe.
About the Role
As a Marketing Executive youll support the Head of Marketing and Marketing Lead in delivering multichannel campaigns that drive engagement brand consistency and measurable results.
You will work in a fastpaced environment and contribute to digital-first marketing strategies from campaign planning to reporting and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital social email POS website print).
- Create compelling content for social media websites email campaigns and marketing assets.
- Drive a digital-first approach analysing KPIs and ROI to improve future activities.
- Manage marketing briefs from concept to delivery ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with European marketing teams for integrated campaign planning.
- Oversee internal and external communications to maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners for creative development and media placements.
- Ensure physical and digital marketing collateral is kept up to date.
What You Bring
- Degree in Marketing Business Communications or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with proven campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms social media and modern marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised detailoriented creative and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and reprioritise when needed.
- Experience with Mailchimp WordPress and email automation (advantage).
- Confident working in international teams.
- Fluency in German and English.
