Position Summary

The Account Manager role is an entry-level sales position with additional marketing responsibilities. You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Canadian financial services market. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills consultative selling abilities and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business aligned with your experience level with responsibility for client retention and revenue growth (with manager support and oversight)

• Identify and prospect new clients and target organizations for sales outreach

• Present TransPerfect solutions in a consultative manner focused on solving business challenges for financial services clients

• Create client-facing documents including proposals Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other deliverables to support account success

• Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies blog content and other promotional materials for TransPerfect Financial Services Canada

• Educate clients on our capabilities including localization technology AI-powered tools multicultural marketing and digital engagement solutions

• Negotiate pricing scopes of work and timelines with new and existing clients

• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely high-quality delivery

• Stay informed on trends in banking insurance fintech and multilingual customer experience
