Job Summary

Job Title: Upgrader / Shop Assistant
Shift: Day Shift
Pay: $16 $18/hr (depending on experience)
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a smart energetic individual to join our team as an Upgrader (Shop Assistant). This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with some shop experience who are eager to learn and grow. Most of our Upgrader hires eventually move into machinist positions making this a great opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist shop personnel with daily tasks as needed
Move jobs between machines and workstations
Empty machine chips and perform light janitorial duties
Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment

Qualifications:

Some shop or hands-on experience preferred
Hilo/forklift experience is a plus but not required
Energetic reliable and eager to learn
