The HR Intern supports the full recruitment process in collaboration with HR Manager and departmentcollaborates with production department and external partners delivers HR Induction and onboarding for Band 1 new hires
What Youll Do:
- Supportsthe recruitment process for production departments
- Prepares and publishes recruitment materials and job ads; collaborates with recruitment agencies when needed.
- Screens candidates schedules interviews participates in interviews and provides feedback.
- Scan the necessary documents for hiring and prepare drafts of offers
- Welcomes candidates at the interview location and guides them through the interview flow. Welcomes candidates at the site entrance equips them with the required protective equipment
- Maintains constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Updates the companys recruitment database and HR applications.
- Manages the relationship with personnel leasing companies.
- Collaborates with universities and supports recruitment-related events and initiatives.
- Coordinates with the Production team to schedule and organize interviews for operational roles.

- Education:Bachelors Degree or above
- Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency
