Job Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and promote students academic social and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support
Collect record and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
Support development of social communication and classroom participation skills
Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies when necessary
Collaborate with teachers therapists and multidisciplinary school staff
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and professional standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children preferably in a school or behavioral health setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
