Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting for the school year. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support students with behavioral and developmental needs.
This role requires strong classroom collaboration skills consistency and the ability to support students in structured educational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support to students.
Collect and document accurate behavioral data.
Support students in academic social and functional skill development.
Assist with behavior de-escalation using approved strategies.
Collaborate with teachers special education staff and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance with school policies and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
Active RBT Certification (IN HAND) Required
Minimum 1 year of school-based experience Required
CPI Certification Required (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
