Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

Shape and deliver MACs financial strategylongrangeplans and key performance outcomes

Providetimelyhighqualityreporting and insight to Air leadership GroupFinanceand regulators

Drive performance across EBIT assetutilisationand working capital

Operational Finance & Asset Management

Strengthen revenue integrity and prevent leakage

Lead models for ACMI and adhoc charter decisions

Oversee fleet and engine lifecycle economics leases maintenance outlooks warranty and claims

Compliance Risk & Governance

Ensure strong governance across tax funding insurance and investment processes

Maintain oversight of key regulatory obligations: ETS CORSIA SAFReFuelEU

Lead global banking arrangements and cash management

Transformation & Performance

Align MACs finance processes and systems with Maersks operating model

Enhance forecasting cost transparency margin optimisation and ROI

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as a senior business partner to MAC leadership and Global Air

Manage relationships with lessors MROs engine suppliers and charter partners

People Leadership

Lead three direct reports (someleading their own teams)

Embed a culture of trust inclusion collaboration and high performance
