This opportunity is ideal for a senior nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership. Youll play a key role in a nursing home setting supporting high standards of care compliance and staff development and supporting the home manager with a new nursing unit.

What Youll Need
- Active NMC registration (RGN)
- Senior nursing experience (Clinical Lead Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse)
- Experience within a nursing home
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding DoLS and compliance requirements
What Youll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding DoLS and regulatory standards
- Support audits care planning and continuous quality improvement
- Lead by example on the floor maintaining high clinical standards
- Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff
- Collaborate with management to support safe effective service delivery
