About the Role

The Preserve is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Professional to support our onsite team and help create a welcoming engaging experience for prospective and current residents.

In this role youll assist with tours leasing inquiries and resident interactions while helping maintain strong occupancy and community satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people thrives in a team environment and wants hands-on experience in property management.

What Were Looking For

Previous leasing sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly professional and comfortable conducting tours
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage follow-ups
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and able to work a flexible part-time schedule

What Youll Be Doing

Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
Support the leasing process from application to move-in
Follow up with leads and assist in closing leases
Provide excellent customer service to current residents
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity
Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $14$15 per hour based on experience
Commission: $25 per lease
Resident Discount: Eligible for a 20% rent discount
Employment Type: Part-time
