Join Us as a Full-Time Shop Hand/Detailer - a vital support role for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean organized equipment facilities and lot areas while assisting our service team with day-to-day shop operations. This position is ideal for a dependable individual who values teamwork works with attention to detail and contributes to delivering a professional and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Wash clean and detail agricultural equipment vehicles and machinery
Prepare equipment for display delivery and customer pickup
Assist service technicians with shop support duties including moving equipment staging units for repair and maintaining organized work areas
Assist in maintaining an organized clean and professional appearance of the dealership lot including equipment arrangement and general upkeep
Complete assigned building and facility maintenance tasks
Maintain a clean safe and organized shop and wash bay environment
Communicate effectively and professionally with sales service and other team members as needed
Complete and process paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Support team operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 60 lbs
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Capable of working around various environmental smells
