Your Role
- You are part of the team responsible for Cards products Card processing and the Card Management APIs in Solaris.
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision for our card-based offerings along with the companys overall objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to drive efficiently the end-to-end development release and rollout of card-related features products and processes.
- You bring together the interests of business partners end-customers schemes third-party providers and Solaris around features and negotiate their priorities and scope.

- 3 years of experience in product area specifically within Card Issuing managing complex roadmaps.
- Deep technical command of the Visa and Mastercard ecosystems with hands-on experience managing direct integrations with major processors.
- Comprehensive expertise in the full card lifecycle from onboarding and core ledger entity opening to the logistics of physical card personalization and the instant provisioning of tokenized virtual cards (Apple/Google Pay).
- A builder mindset with the ability to take a high-level payment concept and drive it through to technical execution ensuring the product is both scalable and compliant within a highly regulated environment.
- Advanced knowledge of the European regulatory landscape including PSD2/PSD3 (SCA RTS) PCI-DSS and the specific risk-management requirements of the German Banking Act (KWG).
- Skilled at navigating the complex hierarchy of a German financial institution balancing the requirements of Compliance Risk and Legal stakeholders with the commercial goals of the business.
- A commitment to creating bank-grade documentation; you recognize that clear technical specifications and process flows are the backbone of audit-readiness and efficient knowledge transfer.
- Exceptional communicator in English (German a plus) capable of distilling the alphabet soup of payment tech (SCA 3DS CVV VTS) into clear value-driven narratives for executive stakeholders.
