What you will do
Social Media
Manage and execute Zühlkes social media presence with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
Support brand market unit executive and thought leadership content.
Support integrated digital campaigns across social email and paid channels.
Co-create and publish engaging content (posts carousels short-form video social-first assets).
Turn campaigns into social-native stories that drive engagement and awareness.
Manage day-to-day community interactions comments and messages.
Ensure brand consistency accuracy accessibility and brand safety.
Email Marketing
Plan and execute email campaigns including newsletters updates and industry-specific communications.
Build and send campaigns in CRM tools including audience setup QA and delivery.
Apply basic segmentation personalisation and testing to improve performance.
Track email performance and suggest improvements.
Performance & Paid Support
Support integrated digital campaigns across social email and paid channels.
Assist with retargeting and digital nurturing initiatives.
Collaborate with a paid media colleague on creative and audience testing.
Gradually build exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) as a development opportunity.
Analytics & Collaboration
Track engagement and performance across social and email channels.
Contribute to simple monthly reports and insights.
Work closely with content design analytics and local teams to align activities with business priorities and objectives.
Experience & Skills
13 years of experience in social media email marketing digital content or similar roles.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Experience managing social media channels and/or email campaigns.
Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive organised and eager to learn.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have: interest or early exposure to paid media analytics or performance marketing.
Nice tohave:experience in the B2B industry and /or DACH region.
Nice tohave:understanding of German language
