Job Summary
Required Skills & Experience Technical Writing & Documentation: Proven experience preparing technical documentation for enterprise software integrations or implementation projects. Diagramming: Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart Visio or equivalent for creating low-level and network diagrams. API Documentation: Hands-on experience documenting REST/SOAP APIs including authentication and error handling. DevOps/Release Management: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps GitHub Actions) and software release cycles. Process Flows & Data Mapping: Strong ability to create process/data flow diagrams and capture system behaviors. Security Awareness: Understanding of InfoSec requirements role-based access and compliance-driven documentation. Tools: Comfortable working with Confluence Jira Git Markdown Swagger/OpenAPI and MS Office Suite. Qualifications 8 years of experience in software solutioning architecture and designing with technical documentation DevOps documentation or implementation project support. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical and business teams. Attention to detail with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured user-friendly documentation. Prior experience in cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) with knowledge of networking/security documentation. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory or InfoSec compliance documentation (ISO 27001 GDPR SOC 2 etc.). Experience supporting AI/Automation/Integration platforms is a plus.
