Job Summary
Pinerium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Startup Enablement Program Specialist to support the execution of our startup enablement program.
In this role you will coordinate the programs day-to-day operations from startup validation and onboarding to service delivery and reporting. You will also support partnership activities including handling MoUs contracts and collaboration opportunities with venture capital firms accelerators and ecosystem stakeholders.
This is a growth-oriented position that offers exposure to startups VCs and new markets while contributing to Pineriums mission of enabling digital transformation across the region.
Responsibilities
Program Operations
Coordinate the startup validation process and ensure applications meet program criteria.
Support onboarding for startups at various stages (ideation validation traction growth).
Track credit allocations and professional service delivery using Pineriums enablement framework.
Maintain dashboards and prepare reports to monitor program outcomes.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement
Assist with the preparation and management of MoUs and contracts with partners and stakeholders.
Research and identify new VCs ecosystem partners and markets to expand the network.
Prepare proposals presentations and documentation to support partnership discussions.
Support relationship management with partners ensuring smooth communication and reporting.
Community & Events
Assist in planning and coordinating workshops webinars and training sessions delivered through Pinerium Academy.
Support content creation such as newsletters case studies and founder spotlights.
Participate in ecosystem events and community initiatives to promote the program.
Requirements
01 year of experience in startups program coordination partnerships or business development.
Passion for startups innovation and entrepreneurship.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
Confidence in engaging with founders VCs and ecosystem stakeholders.
Proficiency in Zoho applications (CRM Books Creator Desk Projects Campaigns Analytics etc.) is required.
Understanding of SaaS digital transformation and business automation.
Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
Must be a non-smoker (All types).
