Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote - Software Engineer III

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our this role you will help design build and support solutions on the Salesforce platform that solve business problems and improve user experience. You will work closely with project managers engineers administrators and business stakeholders to customize and extend Salesforce capabilities through both declarative and programmatic tools.

Responsibility
with business stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
and document business processes workflows and system requirements. Create detailed documentation such as functional specifications use cases and user stories.
impact analysis on system changes including downstream integrations and analytics.
with architects and engineers to create technical solutions that align with business requirements.
and analyze issues reported by users identify root causes and propose solutions.
data integrity through validation rules duplicate management and governance controls.
reporting and dashboard strategy to enable business insights and decision-making.
in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements. Provide support during the rollout phase and address any issues that arise.
user documentation and conduct training sessions to help end-users understand and effectively use new systems.
informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies. Propose improvements to existing processes and systems.

Qualifications
administrator and/or developer certifications
4 years working directly in Salesforce. Life sciences industry experience preferred.
in Salesforce administration tasks including user management security settings and data management.
understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow.
to Salesforce programmatic tools such as Apex Javascript and SOQL.
of Salesforce data model objects and relationships.
ability to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
-solving skills to troubleshoot issues identify root causes and implement solutions.
to detail good time management and the ability to work independently.
communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and end-users.
