As a Senior Facilities Engineering Lead you will guide facility improvements champion reliability and ensure that our buildings and systems operate safely sustainably and efficiently. How youll make an impact
- Lead facility upgrades renovations and layout modifications
- Oversee maintenance repairs and system performance
- Drive health safety and regulatory compliance
- Partner with contractors and service providers
- Monitor HVAC electrical and plumbing systems
- Implement sustainability and energysaving initiatives
- Conduct inspections track issues and take corrective actions
- Coach team members and support operational needs
Your background
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- Several years experience in facilities engineering or building systems management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and safety standards
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
- Strong communication problemsolving and leadership capabilities
