As a Senior Facilities Engineering Lead you will guide facility improvements champion reliability and ensure that our buildings and systems operate safely sustainably and efficiently. Youll serve as a trusted technical leadersolving complex challenges driving modernization and coaching others as they grow. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How youll make an impact
- Lead facility upgrades renovations and layout modifications
- Oversee maintenance repairs and system performance
- Drive health safety and regulatory compliance
- Partner with contractors and service providers
- Monitor HVAC electrical and plumbing systems
- Implement sustainability and energysaving initiatives
- Conduct inspections track issues and take corrective actions
- Coach team members and support operational needs
Your background
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- Several years experience in facilities engineering or building systems management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and safety standards
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
- Strong communication problemsolving and leadership capabilities
