We are inviting applications for the role of Training Lead Management Trainee.

Responsibilities
Support the successful and timely development of required training programs.
Oversee all aspects of the training program including course development rollout planning coordination with trainers documentation and alignment with internal teams and the client.
Partner with frontline managers to understand employee development needs and support talent readiness across roles.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple agent roles and levels. Maintain strong knowledge of role-specific processes tools policies and resources to support accurate training delivery.
Deliver training sessions and enable partners to deliver content effectively.
Track training attendance readiness and effectiveness using structured reporting.
Deliver training in classroom virtual and hybrid environments including managing in-person and remote learners at the same time when needed.
Actively collaborate with internal teams and the client to share feedback recommend content updates and contribute ideas that improve and evolve training programs.


Requirements:
Strong experience supporting multiple agent roles and levels with the ability to quickly absorb and manage large amounts of information.
Ability to confidently serve as an SME and navigate resources across different functions.
Comfortable managing engagement and participation across formats including simultaneous in-room and remote learners.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques (discussion leadership problem-solving effective questioning conflict resolution).
Strong communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize organize and manage multiple initiatives at once.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.
Experience with regulatory standards such as Reg Z & Reg E.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides Drive Meet Forms Calendar) for collaboration documentation reporting and training delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Qualifications we seek in you!

Graduate degree required.
Strong public speaking and large audience management skills.
Prior experience with classroom delivery virtual facilitation OJT management and reporting.
Flexibility with working hours and shifts as needed.
Strong ownership and accountability for training outcomes.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

High energy drive enthusiasm and initiative.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver results.
Experience supporting complex programs or multiple workstreams simultaneously.
