About the Role:

Join the JINYA Ramen Bar team in Charlotte NC as a Dishwasher and play a vital role in our bustling kitchen! This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes utensils and kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift.
Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Dispose of waste and recyclables properly.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
