We are seeking a dedicated and highly collaborative CSP/OR Liaison to serve as a vital connection between the Operating Room (OR) and the Central Sterile Processing Department (CSP).
This is a fully onsite position based in the greater Chicagoland area.
Position Overview
The CSP/OR Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination between the Operating Room and Central Sterile Processing. This position is responsible for overseeing daily workflow facilitating efficient case flow and promoting clear proactive communication to support surgical excellence and patient safety. You will act as the primary communication bridge between OR service leads OR staff and CSP leadershipensuring case cart completeness addressing missing instruments or trays and providing accurate ETAs for cart and tray arrivals. This role also carries a phone linked to specific ORs to provide real-time customer service support and rapid issue resolution.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
