Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team on a flexible hybrid remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who values work-life balance and needs scheduling flexibility (e.g. parents semi-retired professionals or those seeking reduced hours). You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growing team across multiple Ohio locations.

KeyResponsibilities
- Source screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles (warehouse sales administrative technical and management positions)
- Post job openings on relevant platforms company website and industry-specific sites
- Manage applicant tracking coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining positive candidate experiences
- Stay updated on recruiting best practices and local labor market trends in the Dayton/Cincinnati area
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency in-house or HR-related preferred)
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn job boards networking and referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook Word Excel) and comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR tools
- Familiarity with the HVACR industry or trades recruiting is a plus but not required
- Must reside in or near the Dayton or Cincinnati Ohio area for occasional in-person needs
