Hybrid: This role requires being on site 3 days per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities)
- Lead the commercial management of the assigned zone ensuring the achievement of corporate sales and profitability objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between GM and the dealer network or stores ensuring accurate execution of the regional commercial strategy.
- Develop and execute zone-level sales plans to drive vehicle and parts penetration in the corporate segment.
- Provide mentorship coaching and commercial consulting to dealer teams to ensure monthly and annual performance targets are met.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results and other customer experience indicators identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and support product launches by ensuring alignment between GM dealers in campaigns marketing and communications.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with corporate fleets key clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee training and development of dealer sales and aftersales personnel ensuring compliance with GM standards and performance requirements.
- Manage inventory and ensure vehicle and/or parts availability driving actions to optimize stock levels according to zone demand.
- Analyze sales performance market trends competitive activity and regional dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the resolution of escalated commercial issues or critical corporate customer cases.
- Increase corporate vehicle and parts sales through portfolio expansion and client development strategies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the commercial leadership team.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Ability to manage regional targets analyze commercial performance and prepare executive business performance reports.
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Mechanical Engineering Business Administration Commercial Engineering or related fields (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management dealer management or similar roles (mandatory).
- Proven experience in the automotive industry ideally within the vehicles segment (mandatory).
- Intermediate English level with the ability to participate in business meetings and deliver presentations (mandatory).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (mandatory).
- Availability to work under a hybrid model (3 days on site).
- Availability for national travel to manage and support the assigned dealer network.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese (preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools (preferred).

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week or other frequency dictated by their manager.
