In the spirit of pay transparency we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70000 to $80000 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
Job Functions
Client Relationship Management
Be the first point of contact for clients of your advisor and team
Respond to and resolve client requests complete necessary financial paperwork change beneficiaries establish trusts etc.
Serve clients by setting up accounts and ensuring their funds transfer from surrendering company; follow up on fund transfers
Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork
Client Review Prep and Follow-Up
Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
Serve clients by setting up accounts and ensuring their funds transfer from surrendering company; follow up on fund transfers (follow-up component)
Respond to and resolve client requests (as part of post-review follow-up when applicable)
Industry & Product Knowledge
Learn company product suitability guidelines financial operational processes and financial sales processes
Team & Corporate Support
Support client service functions for all teams as requested
Transfer the broker-dealer accounts that are assigned to the Financial Consulting Center
Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer WEG Operations and vendors
Maintain (CRM) database and client files (filing copies data input)
Education/Qualifications
4-year degree preferred
3-5 years minimum of customer service experience is preferred a commitment to exceptional service is required
Financial administration experience is needed.
Series 7 and 66 or 7 65 and 63 licenses preferred
Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
Professional presence and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and process
Good problem-solving skills ability to work with deadlines and prioritize work
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience qualifications skills and credentials; tenure cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as the Client Service Manager level is $51450.00 to $84000.00. However the base salary range bolded above is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
