How will your days be spent
- Responsible for leadership mentoring and coordination of project team members and consultants from project inception through completion and for representing the firm to the client.
- Manage client expectations and involve them in establishing project design scope goals and measurements.
- In coordination with other team members and consultants implement design requirements through documentation and construction maintaining design intent and ensuring the technical quality organization and content of project documents.
- Responsible for developing the project fees and contracts during the planning phase and establishing the project schedule budget staffing and profitability during the start-up phase.
- Articulate and communicate the clients vision goals and objectives through development of the project work plan during the planning phase ensuring they are understood by all team members and consultants.
- Coordinate response to client questions and concerns and follow up regularly with the client.
- Responsible for participating in and leading client presentations conducting internal project team meetings and leading technical and consultant meetings.
What you bring to this role
Experience:
- Minimum of ten years of architectural experience with at least five years of recent Project Architect experience and at least two years of recent project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working on large-scale projects required.
- Experience with one of Flads market segmentspreferred.
- Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills required.
- Proven success in client management and leadership required.
Software:
- Revit proficiency required.
- Previous experience with AutoCAD preferred.
Education:
- Professional degree in architecture required.
- Professional registration required.
- Sustainability accreditation preferred.

Annual base salary range is currently: $120000 - $180000. Actual starting salary will be within that range and is dependent upon job-related education knowledge and experience.
