RESPONSIBILITIES
Food Preparation. Prepare food and baked goods following the daily assignments; maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs; assist Senior Cook in food preparation as requested
Customer Service. Demonstrate excellent level of customer service assist as needed and answer any questions to the best of your ability
Documentation. Follow all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures
Sanitation. Ensure all equipment used is cleaned to code standards
Maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs.
Assists Senior Cook in food preparation as requested.
Follows all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures. Cleans all equipment used in accordance with New York State Sanitation Code Chapter 1 Part 14.
Responsible for attending all scheduled meetings and retaining all In-service information requested
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Required Qualifications and Licensure/Certification Skills:
None
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years previous experience in related field
