Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions with a proven track record of leveraging Gen AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms with a strong emphasis on Generative AI.
Collaborate with data scientists software engineers and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.
Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch).
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
