The Safety Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the overall safety for multiple departments within all Motive companies including assisting with new hire onboarding coordinating trainings and facilitating safety committee meetings within the region. They participate in readiness for emergency preparedness and disaster mitigation protocols which may require on-call or travel-ready status.
- Scans uploads and files documentation.
- Manages the filing and distribution of certifications.
- Manages resource skills within Sitetracker.
- Audits sites and facilities (including vehicles).
- Performs enforcement of disciplinary actions as needed.
- Creates and laminates certification cards.
- Assists Safety Committee.
- Creates and showcases Safety Schedule/Calendar for visibility.
- All other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 3 years Safety experience is required.
- 2 years of working in the construction or civil industry.
- 5 years of safety experience
- Microsoft suite specifically Excel.
- OSHA 30
- Preferably be bilingual/Spanish speaking.
Pay: $80000/yr
